I'm a UX researcher specialized in human-computer interactions and human-human interactions. I attended Wright State University where I did Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering. I had an opportunity to work with public sector organizations while completing my degree as a Research Assistant.

After Masters, I pursued my Ph.D. and did two internships with reputed industries. I got opportunity to practice several methodologies in enterprise level research.

Over the years, I have worked on projects including: understanding first responders behavior on emergency scene and build a decision support system, understanding the perceived quality of robot clearners across different geography, understanding the perceived quality of a 2in1 robot versus a single robot among the target users, understanding the earnings journey of cab drivers and get user feedback on potential solutions. I was also able to collaborate with stakeholders in the process and narrow down the scope of a research project.

I have worked with users and stakeholders around the globe to ensure the user needs were represented while designing tools and app updates.
